Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what personal information AgelessRoute (agelessroute.org) collects and how it is used. The website is operated by Neurosmedica LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we,” “us”).
Who is responsible for your data
Neurosmedica LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: info@agelessroute.org.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Right now the website has no sign-up forms and does not ask for personal information. When we open our free email list, we will collect your email address and, optionally, your first name through our email provider, Brevo. Sign-ups will use double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link in an email before you are added.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) for security and performance.
- Analytics. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this policy first.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies the site needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we don’t show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will add a consent banner before setting any non-essential cookie.
- Payments (in the future). We do not sell anything yet. If we do, payments will be handled by Stripe. We will not see or store your full card number.
- Instagram. If you follow or message us on Instagram, Meta’s privacy policy applies to that activity.
How we use information
To operate and secure the website; to send the emails you asked for (once the list is open); to answer your messages; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site, such as Hostinger (hosting), Brevo (email, when active) and Stripe (payments, in the future), and only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host. We may keep limited records longer if the law requires it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access and correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be treated unfairly for using these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the rights above, plus the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Other U.S. states
Residents of other states with privacy laws (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas) have similar rights, including the right to appeal if we decline a request. To appeal, reply to our response and write “Appeal” in the subject line.
How to make a request
Email info@agelessroute.org. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link in the message.
Children
This website is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the website.
